Thanks to one of our members, Gigglewhatsit, the folders are now accessible to all members to organize their works.  Not only that, a few other things have been changed:

*Members are allowed 5 deviation submissions (per folder) a day, to slow down the art rate a little.  

*Outgoing and Incoming affiliation requests must receive 1 vote (from me) to join.

*Also, the "Featured" folder will be voted on, as well (Max of 1 featured per day in order for the work to have a chance to shine a little  ;D).
